That’s why you should choose your hosts with extreme caution. After all, it’s only your whole business that depends on it.
I know it’s easier said than done with the sea of countless hosting companies screaming at the top of their lungs to get your business.
It’s hard to look past the hype and see any company for what it is, until you’ve dealt with them.From my experience, these are the ones to stay away from:
- Anything Free. Of course it’s tempting, after all, how can free be bad, right? Wrong. Trust me, there is no such thing as free when it comes to Hosting. There will be either third-party Ad Banners you don’t need and the service is going to plain suck!
- Stay away from anything GoDaddy. This is a big one. Only because they’ve got millions to put big-breasted girls in their SuperBowl commercials, it doesn’t mean they’re a trustworthy company.
Same goes for Wealthy Affiliate’s Free Hosting. Even though WA is awesome in every way their free hosting is just that, free hosting. It’s slow, it crashes often, and it will drive you insane.
